Any project manager operates four components: cost, timing, duration and producing a satisfactory result. A bit more ambitious goal is to optimize business procedures and resource attribution. Most tasks utilize such components as labour, funds, and tools to achieve results and meet objectives. To supervise projects successfully you need to handle several things. Some of them are listed below:
- Task setting and reviewing achievement.
- Handling negative possibilities. Any project contains a number of uncertainties that have to be accounted for.
- Finding labor and machinery for the project.
- Defining the outcomes of the project.
- Managing what is going on: giving out tasks, controlling the work-in-progress.
- Ensuring that the outcomes of the tasks are of satisfactory quality.

- Exchanging information with project stakeholders.
